Lesson 7: Setting the Stage
Setting the Stage
Your Perfect Remote Viewing Setup
Creating the right environment is key to successful remote viewing. This lesson focuses on setting the stage for a focused and productive session.
- Find Your Zen Den: Choose a quiet, comfortable space without distractions. Think cozy, not chaotic.
- Tools Checklist: You’ll need:
- A notebook or sketchpad
- Pens or markers
- A timer (or a timer app)
- Target images or objects (we’ll explain more in Lesson 3.2!)
- Mindset Matters: Approach each session with curiosity, openness, and zero pressure. Remember, it’s about exploration, not perfection.
- Warm-Up Ritual: Start with a short meditation or a few deep breaths to clear your mind. Think of it as stretching before a mental workout.
Activity:
Set up your dedicated remote viewing space. Snap a picture (if it’s private) or describe it in your journal. This will be your special spot for diving into the unknown!
