All orders are final upon completion. Readings, course work, and private consultations are refundable within seven days when rescheduling a new time with Claryen Riol. Refunds will not occur after seven days, and no rescheduling has transpired.

All consultations and readings between Claryen Riol and clients are confidential.

Your name, address, email, phone number, credit card information, and date of birth information, is required to create an order with Claryen Riol. The information gathered is to help process your payment, respond with Zoom links, Astrology information, or issues with your order. Your data does not get shared with third parties. Your information remains private and secure on a cloud database, but you may ask for removal from the database at any time. Your credit card information is never revealed or stored with the Claryen Riol website. All payments process through the secure Paypal network. We take steps to keep your data safe and protected.
